Articles are just basic part - selected users can have privileges to create content only for selected parts of website. For example, people resposible for events organized by your city (concerts, promotions, theatre, markets), can publish only into their columns (parts). Departments of city administration can inform citizens about their work, without conflict with articles of other departments. This way, visitors can be informed about what's happening in the city, using more simple, modern and attractive way.
Discussion forum and picture gallery (for pictures from city events) can be attached to part with articles.
